Questions about retina conditions, treatments, clinical trials, or insurance coverage? Vitreoretinal Consultants of NY is here to help. For additional questions, contact VRC.

We accept many insurances, but not all plans. We invite you to call our office to schedule an appointment and one of our insurance coordinators will work to verify your benefits prior to your visit.

Yes, our doctors are all board-certified and have had additional medical & surgical retina training.

Same day appointments are available. If you have a location or physician preference, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If your needs are emergent, please call our office for immediate attention.

The majority of our physicians speak more than one language and are comfortable treating patients in English, Spanish. Mandarin, Korean, and Cantonese.

At your new patient appointment, we will ask about your general and eye health, test your vision and measure the pressure in your eyes. Our team will also dilate your pupils prior to your eye exam with one of our retina specialists. Depending on your eye condition, additional testing may be required. We look forward to seeing you at your appointment.

Please bring a Photo ID and Insurance Card(s) to your appointment, along with a list of all health conditions and allergies, a list of all medications and supplements and a list of questions or concerns about your eyes. Patients who are visiting one of our offices should plan on spending up to three hours with our care team. Learn more about what to expect at your upcoming appointment.

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Care Credit on charges over $200.
